Award Winners

The Egg Innovation Award recognised organisations that pushed the boundaries to create innovative food products that add value to eggs. It was awarded to any food product where the main ingredient or focus was natural hen eggs, and the introduction of new ideas or alternative interpretation of an original product was demonstrated.
