IEC Digitalisation Series

Digitalisation presents many opportunities for our industry, whether driving production efficiencies, improving animal health and welfare, or helping solve the labour challenges faced by many egg farmers.

We are delighted to announce the IEC is launching a new video insight series, which will see our Young Egg Leaders (YEL) explore some of the ways digitalisation and technology can support growth within the global egg industry.

As an introduction to this series, Tim Lambert, Chief Executive Officer of Egg Farmers of Canada and YEL Chairman, recently sat down with Tom Borowiecki, Chief Information Officer of Egg Farmers of Canada, to discuss the importance of digitalisation in our industry.

In the first episode of the IEC Digitalisation Series, Young Egg Leader (YEL) Bryce McCory of Rose Acre Farms discussed advancements in technology and how data can be used to drive efficiencies and productivity.
