About the YEL Programme
Purpose
The Young Egg Leaders Programme provides a platform for the next generation to build upon the WEO ethos of forming long-term industry relationships with international peers. They will have the opportunity to support their egg business with succession planning by investing in their future as next generation leaders. They will be able to engage with senior officials at international organisations such as WOAH, WHO and FAO alongside exclusive industry visits. They will have the potential to be recognised as high-achieving egg industry contributors and the option of fast-tracking to a WEO Leadership role.
