The conference began in style during the Welcome Reception at The Clifford Pier. Global egg industry leaders joined together to toast the start of an inspirational week in Singapore. With its grand arches, graceful chandeliers and a backdrop of Marina Bay, it offered an extraordinary setting for the beginning of an unforgettable event.

09:30 – 15:30 Companion Tour
Companions experienced the rich culture and heritage of Singapore on a guided tour through Little India, Kampong Glam and Chinatown. They discovered vibrant neighbourhoods, historic landmarks and local traditions before enjoying lunch at Artemis Grill & Sky Bar with panoramic city views. The afternoon concluded with a scenic bumboat cruise along the Singapore River before returning to the hotel.
16:30 Drinks Reception by Bahler Group and U.S. Poultry & Egg Association – Shangri-La
Industry peers connected and reflected after the first day of conference sessions. Set in the tranquil outdoor surroundings of the Banyan Deck, this relaxed gathering offered a change of pace from the conference programme and the opportunity to unwind in one of the hotel’s most distinctive settings.

Companions discovered the art of cocktail making during an interactive masterclass at the Shangri-La, where they learnt to craft cocktails under the guidance of experienced mixologists. Afterwards, they savoured a leisurely lunch at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano.
16:30 – 22:30 Drinks Reception – Shangri-La
The conversation continued beyond conference sessions at this informal drinks reception. Delegates caught up with colleagues, made new connections, and enjoyed a relaxed opportunity to reflect on the day’s discussions.
Thursday 10 September
17:00 Closing Celebration by LOHMANN BREEDERS – Sentosa
The final night was where the conference culminated in connection and celebration on the shores of Shangri-La Sentosa! Delegates and companions enjoyed the authentic tastes of Singapore on the stunning beachfront and unwound with friends and colleagues.
This unforgettable evening was an opportunity to close out the conference in one of the city’s most exceptional settings.
