Young Egg Leaders (YEL)

Established to develop the next generation of egg industry leaders and support the continual growth of the global egg industry, the WEO Young Egg Leaders programme is a two-year bespoke personal development programme for young leaders in egg producing and processing companies.

“This unique initiative exists to develop, inspire and equip the next generation of egg industry leaders, and ultimately support the continual growth of the global egg industry. Our Young Egg Leaders benefit from exclusive industry visits and unmatched networking opportunities, with collaboration and growth at the heart of the programme.” – Greg Hinton, WEO Immediate Past Chair

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the YEL programme! It has been beneficial in so many ways; not only have I gained leadership skills and industry knowledge, but it has been a great opportunity to build an incredible business network all around the world, as well as an amazing group of friends! In just a short amount of time, this programme has opened doors to business opportunities and strengthened pre-existing relationships.
